I chose tempurepid because of the quality of foam, it ends up being a firmer product. I was absolutely right. The topper made my mattress just the tiniest bit softer without feeling like I'm sinking into my bed at all. I now have the PERFECT bed and I'm so happy. Well worth it.

When I notified the company, rather than replace it they said I needed to file a warranty claim. I filed a claim and received the new topper. However, I was charged an additional $18 for shipping to replace the topper. This process is broken as I should not have had to pay additional money to replace a defective topper.
