[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the comfort it brought to my mattress. Supportive yet soft. Not as cooling as I was hoping for. I've never had a tempur pedic before so I don't know if it's an improvement from previous. I also hate that my sheets slide around now. Gonna have to buy straps or something to hold them In place. But the comfort level is spot on .

I called customer support, and they sent me a new topper, but it has the same problem. It is not as described and does not fit a normal queen-size bed. A lot of topper is missing. Do not buy if you want it to fit.
