I love all Tempur-Pedic products- except this product. It is one of the best mattresses you can sleep on. The mattress will start getting hot after a few years. I don't tolerate heat well. So, my daughter-in-law ordered, and I must say, the first night was very odd. The product is very squishy, so no nice firm mattress. It was very cool in temperature. In no time, it stopped being cool. I am now back to square one. The mattress is hot and the cooling topper is hot. Just like the mattress guarantee, I doubt anything will be done about this either

Only negative part thus far (had for about a month) is the sliding down. The gorilla rug griper does help but still needs adjusted after a couple nights. I purchased while being 40% off and worth every penny!

The topper keeps sliding off as the straps do not hold it on. I have to keep pulling it back on which is no easy task as I am handicapped. Money down the drain.

The cooling technology works very well when I'm sleeping directly on the topper cover. For more warmth, I cover the topper with a sheet and sleep on it. Missed the 5-star rating because the topper tends to slide around on the mattress, even with the elastic straps tucked underneath. Still, this is only a minor issue compared to the overall excellent quality of this product.
