[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This topper is extremely squishy, a bit too much, but really my problem with it is that even though it has a cooling cover it still sleeps very hot! I also don't understand why mattresses have a 30-day return policy but toppers do not. It was expensive and now I am stuck with it, but cannot use it. Super disappointed.

Can I give it a ZERO?

We spent two hours on this thing and couldn't get to sleep so we got up and removed it. Now it seems that we're stuck with it because it's not refundable. This thing is REALLLLY SQUISHY and not what we expected at all. And on the product page it mentions a "10 year warranty" so it didn't occur to me that this would be the most unrefundable product on the internet. Sincerely disappointed.
