[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great addition to my mattress. You sink into the topper and it provides support. It's soft and comfortable. Great way to make a firm mattress softer. It does trap heat so I recommend the cooling cover. The other issue I had was it sliding off the bed even when I used the straps to secure it.

The store would not let us exchange it, it had a very expensive price so we were not able to purchase another one. We bought the cooling topper to place on top of the horrible mattress, it has alleviated some of the pain.

I do not get the comfort that I was looking for in this product. The product also states that it is a cooling topper. Let me tell you; it is NOT cooling at all.
