[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product shipped promptly and as described. It helped with pains and was comfortable. Four stars instead of five because we didn't experience any cooling effect. Recommended, but maybe not pay extra for "+cooling topper".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed. Purchased the TEMPUR-Adapt + Cooling Topper - Full Size based on description and raving reviews. Opened the topper and allowed it to fully expand for a full day. It's 1 - 1 1/2 in. shorter than my mattress on both sides, top and bottom. I'm 5'6, 125 lbs. Whether on my side, back or stomach, I completely sink into the topper to the point that I only feel the top of the mattress it's laying on. Your return policy is for damage during shipment or from manufacturer defects. I was considering a Tempurpedic mattress in the future but not anymore.

This topper has little to no support . I can pinch it to where it flattens. It slides off the bed. Zero support. Seems cheap.
