I found out right away that it sleeps hot and I could not use it and found out that it's non returnable, even though it's a false description that it's cooling! Very disappointing!

It fits well and is not too heavy to install. It came on time and I am sleeping well on it! I would recommend it, but don't expect it to be super dense.

I'm actually disappointed. Went back to look to double check that I didn't miss a choice of firmness, but no, there was just the one choice. Makes me sad. I really liked our old one.
