[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, please read the fine print carefully. The toppers are not eligible for returns. I understand that spending a significant amount of money on a product and not liking it can be frustrating, leaving you without any recourse. However, I must mention that the cooling feature advertised is not effective at all. I specifically chose this product for its cooling technology, assuming it would provide a cooling sensation, but unfortunately, it only results in night-long sweating. I find myself having to sleep with two t-shirts, changing in the middle of the night as I am drenched in sweat. It seems that the technology is simply not functioning. In contrast, I have tried other toppers that are far superior in terms of cooling. This particular one appears to be the hottest option available in the market. In terms of comfort, it initially feels relatively good, but once you settle into position, you find yourself unable to move freely, leading to excessive sweating. Additionally, it causes discomfort in the hips due to the limited mobility, resulting in sleepless nights. Based on my experience, I would definitely not recommend this product.

It is plush and comfortable without sagging or losing shape. The cooling topper really is perfect for moderating body temperature. And you can't beat the warranty!

The topper was a transition until I could afford the whole bed version but I'm going to rethink that. I get no version of cooling at all. My sheet seems to skate across the mattress all night which is distracting.
