The topper worked just how we hoped as far as making it softer but we have noticed our bed sleeping warmer than before. We were disappointed in this as we paid extra for the cooling feature. We are glad for the softer surface though for our bed now.

At first I thought it might be too soft - we have a 2" tempur topper on our son's bed that is more firm and very comfortable - but over our firm mattress, the topper engulfs you in softness without sacrificing the support of the underlying mattress. I never feel like I'm 'bottoming out' and laying on my back and side is so comfortable I look forward to climbing into bed each night. The only caveat is that my wife sleeps on her stomach, and she finds the topper too soft.

This product is terrible and offers no support as all the other honest reviews mention. Not sure how anyone can sleep on this as my 30lb goldendoodle had trouble getting out of it because he sunk in so deep. Horrible customer service and a horrible product. There is a reason they do not allow returns because everyone would send it back...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great quality. My joints, muscles and bones hurt way less. The straps that hold it onto the mattress could be better positioned and tighter. Your sheets will need to be tucked back in often. Way cheaper than a new mattress.

Waste of money. The topper itself is too soft but this is subjective, much more disappointing, there is no cooling effect at all (for which it was purchased). Complete fail which apparently cannot be returned :(

Both woke up in less pain than ever before. It's firm but comfortable. We are incredibly happy we just spent the money and got a quality mattress. Also, easy delivery and set-up.
