I like a soft mattress but this topper if redulous! Like a marshmallow. I wish I would have head the fine print more carefull as I could not return. Not sure why a matress but not a toppe is retunableMakes not sense. Will definately NOT buy from this company again

The product was too soft for us and didn't really give us a cooler or more comfortable sleep experience. We put it on our 10 yr old tempurpedic that was getting too firm for us as we are getting older.

This is a very comfortable topper, but I'm 6-2, 200 pounds and I sink too far into it. I'm a bit disappointed because I "chatted" on Tempupedic's website with a representative and they assured me it would offer the support I needed. I am generally pleased with the product however if I did it again I'd probably purchase the standard topper instead. I definitely have issues sleeping in hot weather and this topper has been very good in this respect.

I purchased the topper with the cooling cover, to try to help with my aching hip and back pain. Unfortunately, it hasn't done much. What I am very dissatisfied with is the cooling cover. It's not cool at all! I don't know if I was sent a plain cover, but it certainly isn't cool. I am very hot in bed.

I put my topper on an older pillow top mattress and it gives me just the right amount of firmness and softness I needed for my back and hips. I no longer wake up with cramping from my sciatica. It also gives me just the right amount of coolness.
