This is a new topper and the upgrade makes a wonderful difference. The pad is a genuine 3" and much lighter than my previous one. And the cooling cover really works. It inflated almost right away and I slept comfortably on it the first night and all nights thereafter. I've only had it less than one week, but hopefully it will continue to work well for me. A friend is enjoying my previous topper which still worked well enough have another life.

I purchased the topper on recommendation from a friend that his shoulder pain was totally gone after sleeping on the topper. I had hip numbness and also found after sleeping on the topper it was gone. Awesome product.

I purchased the tempurpedic cooling mattress topper because I was having trouble sleeping. I'd wake up over night burning up and when waking up the next day I'd feel as if I'd been beaten up. My body just hurt. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I sleep a lot better than I did. I love this brand in general. I once had a mattress the old style until I had to get rid of it when I moved. I slept so good on it then too. Hope someday to be able to purchase the entire bed set when I need a bed again in future. Thank You Tempurpedic for great products.

Total waste of money!!! There is nothing "cooling" about this mattress topper. In addition to it not being cooling, it is very soft. I sink in the middle and it has no support whatsoever! Worst purchase ever!!!

Although, this is a great product, and good material, It was not what I was looking for. Too soft, the cooling system was not as cool as I wanted. It was just fresh, and I still felt hot.

I bought this topper to replace another one because my hip was hurting after sleeping on the old one. I expected this TEMPUR-Adapt + Cooling Topper to take care of that issue. It was so slippery, the sheets would slip around, while you were sleeping, which was very annoying. Most mornings one side or the other would come off and we would be sleeping directly on the topper. Our sheets are extra deep, so this should not have been a problem. I kept it on the bed for a week and was more than ready to put the old one back on. It was a total waste of money.
