Surprisingly for as soft as the topper is, We sleep very comfortable. It has helped with back and hip pain, and conforms to your body no matter if you sleep on your back or side. Haven't noticed much with the cooling pad one way or the other. Only complaint I have is there is no straps to secure it to the mattress and it tends to shift on the bed, so we constantly have to move it back in place, and secure the sheets!

It stays at a very comfortable temperature through the night. Do not wake up from being too hot to sleep. This topper covered by the cooling adapt fabric tends to slide to far over on the side of mattress. I have put another thin mattress pad over topper and tucked under mattress. Maybe this will help....not really a problem to adjust when making the bed in the morning.

Great cooling tower

I bought this because I was walking up because of pressure points at my hips. I was also concerned because I sleep hot. The product fixed the pressure point problem without my feeling hot.

I received my Adapt/Cooling topper yesterday, so after easily taking it out of its box and laying the cover on the bed, I unwrapped the topper and easily installed it into the cooling cover. Took about 10 minutes. I then made up the bed and laid upon it to feel the difference. I knew I was going to sleep good tonight! and was so looking forward to it. All I can say is " I did not want to get out of bed this morning !" It is so wonderful! I would recommend this topper to anyone that wants a good nights sleep. It turned my memory foam mattress into a Hybrid Temperpedic, is the way I put it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to purchasing the Tempur-Pedic mattress topper, I would wake up with a terrible lower back ache. After some research, I decided to buy the Tempur-Adapt + Cooling Topper rather than buying a new mattress. I am glad I did! The topper is very comfortable, molds to my sleep position, I fall asleep quickly and wake up without a back ache. I would highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't spend $2,000 for a new mattress so I went with the topper and it's true it really made a difference when adding it to my current mattress. It is very comfortable I just wish that it was more than 3 inches because I feel like the comfort won't last because it is a little thin. I love the cooling Zipper cover it comes with very well-made I would recommend this To anyone that is on a budget and wants a good nights sleep!
