This product is a quick fix for a bed in need of some attention. It does help cool down my c asper mattress a bit, but nothing life changing. I previously had a cheap down mattress topper for way less that cools the same though this product provides extra support. The topper does not have anything that adheres to the mattress, so after a few days it does shift around. Once I replace my bed I will not be keeping the mattress topper.

The topper made my traditional spring mattress without pillow top, so much more comfortable. I'm mainly side sleeper about 195 pounds and sleep nicely. Only fault I have is it's still warming even with the +cooling wrapped around it. Wish it were a bit cooler for summer months but I think it will be perfect for fall and winter months. Summer turn down the air as ambient cool air will cool it fast.

Sleeping on the product is wonderful. Just the right firmness. However, it won't stay centered on my mattress. Every couple of days I have to strip the bed an re-center the topper on the mattress. Very annoying! So I would give it 5 stars for comfort but 1 star for convenience hence the 3 star review. Not sure it was worth what I paid for it.

The mattress topper lost its shape after about 2 weeks. The "cooling" topper is a scam. It was not firm at all, and now my back is paying for it. Would not recommend.

Pros: Genuinely comfy Cons: even with the cooling topper, it makes sleeping warmer. It slides around on top of the mattress with no obvious way to anchor it in place. Also causes the fitted sheets to slip. Maybe it deserves 4 stars? I debated. I don't regret purchasing it - I do find it like sleeping on a cloud - but I've had to drop my house temp a degree or two at night and every couple days I have to shift it back in place. Also, my extra deep pocket fitted sheets, which never used to come undone are now also shifting out of place regularly. TLDR: comfy but warm and unable to stay in place

I bought this because I have a tight IT band and I was waking up in the middle of the night and morning with hip pain. I thought a softer surface might help because my mattress is firm. The topper made it very hard for me to turn over during the night. So hard I would need to grab the side of the bed to help me turn over. I am 5'5" and 145 lbs so I am not a very large person. It is also hot to sleep on. I even bought the cool cover and it did not help. I usually run cold so I think this would be unbearable for someone who runs hot. This is now on my bedroom floor because I can't return it and I have no idea how to store this. It was a very bad investment that I am kicking myself for.

We bought this to replace my previous tempurpedic mattress pad. It IS cooler than my last one, which was not the cooling version, but it is softer as well. It's almost a little too soft. We have it on a sleep number mattress, so we can set it to a very firm setting. I like it for sure, but would like it better of the foam was a little firmer.
