I bought an absolute trash bed that I spent too much money on (I should have bought a tempurpedic but due to cost I just couldn't) so i bought this topper thinking that it would make up for the fact that I could't buy a tempurpedic. Turns out it wasn't. It's way too soft and I am in pain every morning. Trying to hold out until I can buy a new bed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This topper does not feel cool, you'll actually sink down into it and get really hot. In terms of comfort, if you have back issues, it is 3-4 inches of really soft foam so your core will sink so low that you're spine will be out of alignment and back pain will be worse. I'm 5'9" and 140lbs and I would still sink way in. I couldn't even sleep on it one night it was so uncomfortable. They say no returns because of "the personal nature of the product" but every other place I've looked accepts returns or exchanges on mattress toppers. They won't let you return it, because no one would keep it. Get a mattress topper from anywhere else.

Just a great purchase

The pillow-topper is perfect and comfortable. Feels like it is a full mattress this soft and supportive. Wish I bought earlier. As a "side-sleeper" I no longer have pressure on my shoulders and hips and do not wake up throught-out the night to roll over. Samsung watch tracks less movement and I am getting better sleep. The coolness of the mattes was just an added bonus that I didn't expect to feel so nice.

Bought this for my wife, her back has been hurting so we decided to try this even though it was a tad on the expensive side, but we figured if it worked, it would be well worth it. Tried for at least two weeks and the pain became worse. Wish it would have helped. Now we have a large expensive paper weight.

Topper too soft

I purchased the topper after reading reviews from others with sciatica issues. I thought the topper was the perfect fit. As soon as I sat on the edge of my bed I knew I made a mistake. The topper is way too soft to offer any back support for me. I sunk right down into it. If I didn't have a back issue it would have been perfect! I can't wait for my back to get healed so I can enjoy the softness of the topper, but for now it's getting put away because I can't use it. Why does this website only offer one topper?

Like this a lot. It doesn't sleep warm. Only minor issue is that it can slide around on the mattress/straps don't hold that well.
