Cooling gell add on

This mattress pad is awesome. I can get out of bed and my partner doesn't feel anything so I don't disrupt his sleeping. The only issue is the cooling gell add on. It's not worth the extra money other then adding more padding to it.

I tried to save money and purchased a substitute, the best I could find at our local department store. It went flat and didn't do anything. I ended up returning it and getting a Tempurpedic topper. I have had it for three years and love it.

Hi, I am a single, One income, senior citizen living solely on a fixed income. My back was suffering due to an old mattress. It was a financial Hardship to purchase your topper. The TOPPER, which was a colossal disappointment/waste of money. NOTHING but a slab of sponge It actually ripped easily and then Gashes appeared, when I removed the cover to launder! I Ended up Topper from my bed. Actually made my back WORSE Don't waste your money, especially if you are on a fixed income. It is nothing but a large piece of simple sponge! Hugely disappointed in this company. 
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better sleep

It's helped my sleep so much, it doesn't take me hours rolling around trying to get comfortable anymore. I don't wake up sore and achy. One of the best purchases I've made.

Great mattress topper

I was hesitant to spend the money for this topper because I admit it was pretty high for our budget, but I've had little success w/ many other topper purchases from other brands. I'm so glad I took the chance because for me, this is perfect! We've had it a few wks now & I love the supportive cushion & I'm also grateful I opted for the cooling cover. I hope it holds up for many yrs! I definitely wouldn't hesitate to buy another in the future if we needed it. Every body is different in what feels best for them. As for me, my body LOVES this topper! The only negative is that my fitted sheet doesn't fit well w/ this topper, so I have to retuck it in every day.

Need Policy Change

The ordering and shipping process works perfect. Only issue we have is if the mattress is to soft you can't exchange. This created a problem for us. There needs to be an exchange policy in place.
