[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading many positive reviews, i ordered the king size with cooling. Our current tempurpedic firm mattress wasn't feeling oh so firm anymore. Plus, it comes with a great warranty. Please read this review before ordering. I hate this topper and it's not returnable. It is less than soft and has no firmness about it at all. After less than a month of owning this thing, it is off our bed with good cause. We sank into the bed and it caused us to sweat more than any memory foam mattress before. It is soooo soft. So soft that our mattress feels firm again. I do not recommend to waste $200+ on this useless topper that has no return policy.

The topper is very well made; however, my husband and I could not sleep well on this topper. It was too soft and with us already having a plush mattress, it was like it enveloped us and we couldn't move around easily. It probably would work great with a firm mattress.
