[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the topper and it is amazing. The problem that we have had and the reason for the rating is that the straps have too much give in them. This causes the topper to slide down two to three inches during the night and we readjust each day. I called to bring this to their attention and they said we would hear from someone in a week but no one ever got back to us. It does not keep the topper in place

I am so glad we did, it's like sleeping on a cloud! Someone had mentioned to definitely get the cooling feature because they get warm, we did and haven't had any issues sleeping warm! Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

-10000 stars. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I bought the TEMPUR-Adapt + Cooling Topper. It is the worst topper I ever had. It causes terrible back pain. Both me and my wife have back pain now from this topper. The company does not offer the option to return it because they know how bad it is. I am extremely disappointed with the brand because I thought it would be top quality but it the worst of the worst.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The topper is softer and mushier than my Temper-Pedicure mattress.I like firmer support and the topper made my bed soft and mushy! I also had to stitch the corner elastic tabs on the topper because they were soooo loose that the topper kept making my bed have huge wrinkles on the bottom (fitted)bedsheet. I had to keep making my bottom bed sheet over and over and over...the first night terrible!

Still sleeps hot, even with cover. Too plush

My wife and I bought this mattress topper to help add a little more comfort to our too-firm mattress. The first night, slept OK. The material is too plush though and you really sink into it, trapping a lot of heat. Even with fans on and the "cooling" cover, it felt too hot and uncomfortable. After sleeping on it for a week, my back hurt too much to continue. Too many restless nights in a row and we had enough. They do not allow refunds either. Choose wisely before buying!
