Disappointed in the cooling

Very comfortable but doesn't keep me cooler at night. Had I known this I would of opted out of buying the topper with cooling and just purchased the topper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been sleeping with the topper on our mattress for a few months. I like that it has eliminated pressure points and my back feels better than with just the mattress. My husband's back, unfortunately, feels worse. He has not been able to find a comfortable position with the topper. The main problems with it though, are the slipping and the (lack of) cooling. It does not stay in place during the night and each day when I make the bed I have to yank it back to the top. The sheets, even though they are deep enough, creep up, too, so they are perpetually loose on the topper. Also, I paid extra for the Cooling Topper because I sleep very hot. The topper has not done much of anything to combat that and the cheap mattress pad we used to use did about the same amount of cooling. This product was highly recommended and reviewed so I thought it would be a good investment. Alas, I feel like I spent way too much money for something that has caused much strife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We splurged the extra for the cooling but it's so so hot that we can't actually use it, and since tempurpedic doesn't offer any sort of returns, it was a complete waste of money. Super sad I didn't pay the extra for the competitor version which I really wanted but was a bit more expensive.

Comfort OK but not cool

The topper sort of fits the mattress but will not stay in place. The biggest disappointment is that the foam top doesn't really cool at all. For the money spent, it's just not worth it.

Horrible Mattress Topper and Return Policy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered the King sized adapt plus mattress topper and absolutely hate it. We have 2 of these beds and thought the quality would be of similar quality, but it is not even close. We opened this topper and let it inflate and decided the first day without using it that we were going to return it. The policy doesn't allow you to return/exchange no matter what. We should have read the fine print, but just expected better quality and customer service from a "high-end" brand like them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, especially since you can't try before you buy and the quality is terrible.

This was my second Tempur Pedic Mattress Topper purchase and I thought it would be more firm. It's great if you love a really, really, really soft mattress. I wake up with a sore back every morning. Going to have to return it.
