We have had a Tempur-Pedic bed for many years. We thought about moving it to a guest room, but it is too heavy to move. So we thought the topper would give us a little more life to our mattress. It was too difficult to turn during the night. It is much warmer than not having it on. We took it off the bed. Called to try to return- sorry no returns. A waste of $400+. We dont know what to do with it now. It is so bulky.

We love the cooling topper. It does feel cooler, and seems to be the 'missing layer' of softness to the Rhapsody mattress we purchased 3 years ago. We would have given it a 5, but thought a 4 because it moves around a bit (not a big issue)

Strong smell

I slept on it for three nights and although it is comfortable, the odor was strong and the smell did not dissipate over time. I finally did some out research and found I should have aired it out before putting it on my bed, but I did not see any such instructions when it was delivered. It came heavily wrapped in plastic and I understand that the longer it is in plastic, the more gases are emitted after opening.

The cooling pad on my new mattress topper works great. I thought it would make my 14 yr old tempurpedic Mattress mattress (With dips on the left & right sides feel better) but unfortunately we can still feel the dips :(

We are very happy with this purchase. It has turned a firm mattress into supportive luxury. It is not too soft like a lot of mattress toppers, but it still feels very soft and comfortable. It has helped a lot as the other topper we had caused back pain and I am pain free with this topper.

I wanted to invest in a good mattress topper. This isnt it. I wanted a medium /firm this is definitely soft almost feels like zero memory foam and we paid extra for the cooling feature which actually feels like it holds more heat I can leave the bed for 15 minutes come back and feel my body heat still on the mattress. I contacted the company for an exchange since I read it was 90 days , which is another reason I bought it. But mattress toppers are excluded.
