The product is nice and cool and very easy to clean. It supports my hips and completely fixed my back problems. However, I was very disappointed when I was sent a very long survey for credit towards another purchase and It said I did not qualify when I was 90% through it.

I've slept on 4 or 5 knock-off over the last 25 years, some better than others. After spending many hours online trying to find a replacement for the best of these cheaper versions (no longer made) we've had, all options had too many 1,2, and 3 stars and negative reviews for things like quality control and ease of return. So, since I've developed sciatica, I finally decided to go for the real deal - queen-size 3-inch genuine Memory Foam with cooling topper. I found shopping direct from the company reassuring and easy -- even when I ran into a glitch on its website. It arrived within a few days, and we followed the directions exactly, letting it air out for a day, then zipped it into its cooling case. This was the hardest part, because you need to shake it a few times to distribute it evenly. Maybe one tall strong person could do it alone, but it's much easier with two because you kind of have to snap and shake it a few times to move it inside its cover. We have it on a fairly old (but still very firm) mattress and it's been heaven for us both -- for my husband (who prefers a softer mattress), and for me (who prefers a firmer). Basically, I am convinced that a genuine Tempur-Pedic Memory Foam does a far better job accommodating our different needs than any of the cheaper versions we've had. Also, I have a very good sense of smell and have never once noticed any odor or off-gassing. Bottom line: I am so glad I spent the extra $ for the real deal! You get what you pay for.

Mattress pad has really helped with getting a better nights sleep & not waking up in pain. However for the price it should come with straps to secure it properly & keep it from shifting./sliding. Thats why its not 5 star worthy.

I paid extra for the cooling effect, but really don't feel any cooler at night at all. Its also EXTRMELY soft, almost no firmness. I do sleep better on it than just my mattress though, so I do like it. Just not love it since the cooling function doesn't exist and it's almost too soft.

The mattress topper itself is comfortable. I bought a mattress that was too firm bc I'm dumb and cheap. Waste of money on the cooling topper. Didn't do anything except bunch my sheets and make them slip of. Yowza what a headache. Overall it's fine. Nothing live changing.

I have an old tempur pedicure and live in Vegas where it is hot. The mattress sleeps hot so we were looking for a solution. We bought the split King topper and it has really helped. I would recommend it.
