I really wanted to love this but after a few nights I really wished I hadn’t bought it. It is extremely hot even with the cooling cover and very soft. Too soft. I hate that tempur pedic does not offer returns like other company’s. Buy with caution.

Way too soft

If you are looking for a little firmness this certainly is not. Also there’s NO returning toppers. The cooling does eventually gives. Also if you have a newborn this is a big hazard, wherever my wife was breastfeeding he would sink to almost suffocation.
Also I didn’t know my sister and her husband had also gotten it and were also unhappy, my mom ended up taking it and gives it to visitors as a ‘spare’ mattress on the floor, because that helped with the firmness.
Overall not worth it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible -hot and sweaty

Don’t buy this. It’s very hot to sleep on. No air flow in the foam so you just trap all heat. It’s not cooling. I don’t see how they can keep selling this product. I tried to immediately return this as it’s not as advertised and they said it could not be returned. It’s brand new. I’ll sell it to you.

The ultimate in Quality and Comfort

As a delighted customer If I knew how much of a difference in comfort I experienced in Quality I would of been outside your store luring people in with a large sign bragging this product is like sleeping on a cloud you picked to sleep on, or like sleeping on a non waving water bed.This really is a comfort of sleeping beyond description. I find it hard to get out of bed

Dreamy Sleeping!

I have been sleeping in a recliner for the past 5 years and decided it was time to move back into my bed. I tried a few nights and was in so much pain and not getting any sleep. I didn't want to get a new mattress so went shopping for a mattress topper. I went to a department store and explained my situation to the clerk. He told me to go to a mattress store and talk to them because he didn't feel their products would be satisfactory for me. I'm so glad I picked out my TEMPUR-Adapt + Cooling Topper! It immediately felt so much better! My first few nights were not perfect. I would wake up in the early morning hours with knee and lower back pain--not nearly as bad as what I had experienced without it. I tried a couple more nights, with each night getting better and better and after a week, everything was so good! It's been 2 weeks now, and I got a 98 Sleep Score on my Apple Watch! I'm sleeping to comfortably now and absolutely love this topper! Probably the most difficult thing about this topper is that I'm a senior and it's a queen size and I had to haul it to my upstairs bedroom. I was able to put it on my bed all by myself, but it wasn't easy--this topper is heavy. But, I was able to do it! The instructions could have been more clear, but I found a YouTube video on how to set it up. I'm really enjoying sleeping in my bed again!
