Incredibly Uncomfortable with no Remedy from Tempur-Pedic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress was far too soft for my sleeping style, leaving my arms to go numb at night. I attempted to return only to discover that there was no possibility of this, nor was there the possibility of an exchange for a different product available to me. Given the amount I paid, the poor sleeping experience, and the lack of remedy from Temper-Pedic, I whole heartedly cannot recommend this brand nor their customer service to anyone seeking to purchase a product of theirs. I will hold in reserve a final judgment of the company and their business practices in case they make an attempt to making things right upon receiving this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not sleep on my mattress before this. I would sleep on the couch rather than sleep on my hard mattress. This topper has kept so comfortable and I have been sleeping so great for the last month since I got it. It's not so soft that you get lost in it, but it adds that extra layer of comfort to uncomfortable beds.

Finally sleeping better

I fall asleep fast and wake up virtually pain free (hopefully, in time, I'm completely pain free). We love our topper so much we ordered one for my in-laws! We were shopping for a completely new mattress before ordering the topper as a last minute solution. Definitely glad we did!
