We have tried various mattress toppers that would need replacement within two years and would crumble each time changing the sheets. The TRMPUR-Topper is outstanding. It has never felt so comfortable. Both my wife and I are side sleepers and pain to pressure points and back that we have felt before are gone. We have only had this product for less than 3 months, but so far it is worth it.

I bout this topper to place on top of a brand new futon when I have guests. There are no straps on the futon to hold it in place so it slides all over. The topper itself is very hard. Ive slept on tempur-pedic before and they were very comfortable, but when I tried the topper it felt very different. Didnt realize i couldn't return it so now im stuck with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Revitalized an older mattress

We put this topper on our guest bed on top of an older mattress that was not super comfortable anymore. This topper made it so much better and we have received positive feedback from guest who sleep on it. It's worth the money and cheaper than buying a good new mattress.

Could not afford the mattress on my budget but this 3 in topper is great for me. Love to try a mattress. My wish list maybe.

I hope it softens in time so I won't need the step ladder. Still thankful it helped me with the firm mattress problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our six year old mattress is too hard and I didn't want to buy a new one yet, so I got this topper when my hip and shoulders started absolutely killing me. It completely corrected the shoulder pain and reduced the hip pain by 75% or so (I think there may actually be something wrong with my hip, so that's probably just as good as it gets). My only issue with it is that it does shift around some. It would be greatly improved with a couple of elastic bands to hold it in place. I wouldn't call it a dealbreaker though...I change the sheets a little more often so I can realign it. It's worth it for the increased comfort!
