Arrived in cold weather so we thought it needed to thaw out, but we were wrong. It is so hard that it feels like you're sleeping on a mat on the ground. Way too stiff to be comfortable & unfortunately, not able to return it & cannot use it. We're definitely sorry we purchased this.

I am 55, 5'2 & 130 pounds. I purchased this twin size topper to top a mattress that is on top of a futon. It had chemical smell for several weeks. I did not want to wait to air it out and started using it the day it was delivered. I sprayed a water & lavender oil mix on the sides everyday for the first two weeks due to the chemical smell. By morning the smell was back. If you have ever opened new packaging of anything plastic you will recognize the smell. Since they are aware of the chemical smell I am not sure why a less offending fragrance isn't added to help offset the plastics odor. The topper is firm when I first get into futon/bed. We keep our temp at 65-70 degrees and when its cooler the pad is as hard as a rock. It does warm up and get slightly softer thru the night. After about 6 hours it gets warm as it holds heat. I am using a light blanket because it really holds the heat by middle of the night. During the recent freezing weather it was wonderful after a few hours. I used to have an egg crate type gel foam and I like how that type is softer but by the middle of the night it would be squished flat in some areas. With the tempur topper I feel like it is still supportive all thru the night. I have recently added a thicker mattress pad to get the softer feeling. I will be trying out cooling sheet with this in the summer. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I started sleeping better the very first night! Much less joint stiffness! Thus topper Carreras your body. Makes my current mattress a little too high so I would like to purchase the Tempur Cloud Mattress soon!

It didn't really work for me. It was too squishy, and at the same time, it flattened out in places. Because of that, my arms got tingly and fell asleep at night. So o found it disrupted my sleep quite a bit. Didn't work for me, but it seemed well made, so if it works for others, great! Unfortunately, toppers are not returnable.

DO NOT BUY This if you like soft mattresses. I thought this topper would be soft and comfortable however it ended up being much harder then expected. I was also very disappointed that I couldn't return it after purchased. I didn't see any no refunds policy posted on the website before I got the topper. I would not recommend this to anyone looking to make their bed softer as it was hard and didn't soften even after 2 weeks.

My back was hurting. Every morning. I felt better after going to a chiropracter, who suggested a topper might help. The top rated topper was Tempurpedic, so I bought one and BACKACHE GONE! My mattress wasn't that old, but was just too soft. I would toss and turn, and finally just get up because of the back pain, now I don't want to get up I'm so comfortable.
