I order a firm and cool and didn't experience either. Also had trouble getting it to fit the bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my package quickly. However, the box looked like it was used as a kick ball in a dirt field. I had misgivings but opened it anyway. The topper was unsurprisingly dirty. I reached out immediately and the problem was resolved without issue. They sent a new topper out right away. It is pristine. I'm sleeping so much better. No pressure point pain. I sleep through the night, every night. It has been years since I did that consistently. Thank you so much for the help to resolve the issue and for a quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I love tempurpedic (grew up with one as a child) but I can't afford the mattresses today. We have a decent mattress, but thought a topper from tempurpedic would make it better. Unfortunately this topper, though soft, when it finally contours, it is basically flat and just your mattress anyways. Additionally, it is 2-3" short on all sides, but Tempurpedic says that is within their "acceptable range." Sad. Lastly? This thing is hot!

It's amazing we got it because our mattress was causing us back problems the topper has eliminated our back problems

Quality and Comfort

I purchased this 3" full size topper based on reviews of a more comfortable sleeping experience for people like myself who suffer from sciatica. The topper did make a big difference. However, I should have considered more closely those review addressing the heat comfort level. Unfortunately, I had to remove the topper b/c of severe restless sleep from being overheated. I think one should consider for yourself if you are a person who is more "warm blooded,." This may not be the topper for you. But if that is not an issue for you, hands down I would recommend this topper. Well made and worth the money.

I found out about toppers and that this brand is regarded as the best by many people. I ordered thing in king size and my sleep quality has improved noticeably. And thanks for the free memory foam pillow offered at the time. I definitely would like a complete Tempur-Pedic mattress set in the future.
