Very disappointing

I've tried numerous toppers over the years and this was my last shot at finding something that would be comfortable and help with my back pain. The packing smell dissipated after 2-3 days and I was finally able to try out the Cloud topper, but halfway through the night it was sliding off the bed. Even the straps and 2 tight sheets can't hold it in place. I suppose it would be comfortable enough if it was stationary, but after a month of 'giving it a chance,' my back pain has turned into full upper body pain from twisting around in my sleep while it's working it's way off the bed. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My granddaughter lives in another state and attends the University. She was giving us an online tour of her apartment and when she got to her bedroom she told her friends to lie down on her bed. They did and were amazed that a mattress topper could transform a mattress from average or worse to a dreamy sleep experience. I had purchased a different brand of mattress topper and was very unimpressed. The day I put the Temper-Cloud Topper on my bed I called her and said "I am in Heaven"! What a difference it makes, the Temper-Cloud is so comfy and cozy and feels like the best possible sleep experience I could imagine. I bought another for my husband's side, he has an adjustable frame. We can't wait to get in bed at night!

Horrible experience

This was a horrible experience. I've had many mattress toppers throughout the years and finally took the leap and ordered the cloud topper. First, the topper cover came bunched up with glue spilled on it, apparently to attach the labels, and I was told just to wash it. I haven't had a decent nights sleep since I bought it. The sheets don't stay on, it's at least 3" too narrow, and it slides off the mattress. My back pain is worse than ever from twisting around in the middle of the night trying not to slide off the bed. Like many others here, I did not know that the topper was excluded from returns. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

We added the 2" topper at the recommendation of a friend; I had been having a lot of sore lower back problems and the topper helped enough that we then bought a second one for the guest room. It hasn't solved all my problems but has definitely helped.

My 85 year old mother was constantly complaining about her mattress. However, she could not justify spending the money for a new one. As a very satisfied owner of a Tempur Adapt Topper and pillows I suggested she try a Tempur Cloud Topper. The two inch height of the Cloud was perfect for her getting in and out of bed and brought her mattress back to life. No more complaints, sleeping better and enjoying life. Thank you Tempurpedic!

I am a huge fan and advocate for Tempur-Pedic products. This topper has helped tremendously with my backpain. I seen an immediate change in my pain levels as I deal with fibromyalgia. The only dislike I have with this item is that it shifts around on my bed. The cover supplied does not work the greatest in preventing this unnecessary movement but the item is still amazing.

Short Term Comfort

I mistakenly bought the Cloud Topper as I did not realize my other topper (which I do love) was a thicker Adapt topper. I put the topper on my Tempurpedic queen mattress and initially was pleased with the results. However, after less than 5 months of the topper on my bed it has grown quite uncomfortable. It compresses very thin when laid upon and my back hurts frequently now. My husband prefers to sleep in the guest bed with our other topper/mattress combo and he gets a good sleep there. I am ready to let the topper go as I think the mattress underneath may be better by itself. Initial thoughts were good, but now it does not offer much support. My sister also bought one awhile ago on my recommendation and initially loved it but recently noted that it was not as comfortable as my original Adapt topper. I highly recommend choosing Adapt.
