I'm a back sleeper and this conforms to my body very well. I was nervous my sheets wouldn't fit around it but that isn't been an issue, if anything it just makes my fitted sheets fit better.

I had a lot of shoulder and hip pain in my current bed, so I bought a temper cloud topper. What a difference! Helped so much in decreasing the pain. There is considerably less pressure on these areas. And it makes a huge difference! Very much worth the cost!
