Comfortable quality is excellent

The best topper. I was hesitant for awhile making the purchase. The delivery was fast pkg. Was perfect, easy to put on. Cover is really nice. Fit my mattress perfectly. Very pleased and diffently recommend. Very comfortable.

We purchased a king cloud topper with the cooling upgrade.This thing will burn you up, Put it in the guest bedroom.400+ dollar mistake

Nice mattress topper

Very comfortable for my old bones. But I would like it better if the pad cover came wrapped securely around the pad itself rather than being a separate cover that goes over the pad and tucks under the mattress.

The cloud topper added to our tempur mattress made it possible for my husband to sleep in bed. After suffering a broken hip and ankle and surgery, he needed the soft support the topper gave us. I’m so glad I was able to find this. We’ve used it for over a month and are pleased with it.

Terrible sleep on the topper

We purchased this product for our queen and king beds about 60 days ago and it has already created a huge crater in the middle. It sinks you in and doesn’t provide the structural support needed for a good sleep. Too soft and not effective. I regret buying this and now I have to figure out how I’m going to get rid of them. Not a good situation.

Terrible quality, defective and company refuses to refund

The product is poor quality and was defective, never inflated into desired shape. I contacted Tempur-pedic and requested refund under their warranty program. After providing all requested info and photos, Tempur-pedic acknowledged defects and that the warranty claim has been approved, but in the end they refused to issue refund. Their message was "We're unable to issue a refund for this product, as all purchases are final." Unbelievable! I wish I could include photos so you could see for yourself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great topper but with having to buy this product should tell you everything about what I think of my tempur-pedic bed.The bed is way to hard and we bout the softest one available.Spent way to much money on the bed I guess.
