[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works fine but is to thin. I had to buy a 2 in foam/gel topper then put this one on top of it. It is warm which is nice when your room is cold but will suck if you don't use Air Cond or have a warm room. I wish I would have bought the 3 in version to begin with I would have returned it but they DON'T do Returns on the Toppers. I ended up spending about the same as I would have just getting the 3 in version.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had an issue with a topper. Something happened during the manufacturing process and the topper was defective. Tempur-Pedic made it right after going through their warranty verification process. We also have their adjustable base and find this company to be top notch. Thank you Arthur D., you did a great job and helped me through the verification process with kindness. All is well.

I had planned to replace the mattresses/bed when the construction of new home is complete, so bought this topper with intent to "make do" for now to help with shoulder pain. Honestly, the topper exceeded my expectations! I am sleeping so much better & eased pressure on my shoulder and hip. This is a great solution for those who want to stretch the life of their current mattress. This is definitely a brand at the top of my list for when I do replace my entire mattress!

This product is not dense enough foam to offer any support whatsoever. It is flimsy and compresses far too easily. What they're charging for this product is an absolute scam. Don't purchase. Go buy from a legit company that offers higher density memory foam. Unbelievable that Tempur has the reputation it does when it offers such low quality products.

It is indeed comfortable and I seem to fall asleep faster since using it the last few months. My only complaint was that I wake up during the night and feel hot. So, I now use only a sheet to cover at night. I expect it will be ok during the winter. YMMV.
