[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for daughter's dorm. It looked shrunken upon first opening but gradually expanded. It adds a layer of comfort. We got it at a good price and I trust the Tempurpedic brand as we have their bed.

It's been 2 months since I bought this topper. Not only it doesn't offer the support that is supposed to, as well it has such bad quality. The foam it's breaking up already like if it's years old. Totally scam. Unfortunately I won't be able to return and get my money back but here is my honest review: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OVERPRICED ITEM AT ALL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this topper because I had a great experience with a different tempur-pedic topper. Right out of the box I could tell the difference in quality. The cover on these is a thin sheet-like one, with a mesh backing. Gave at least 24 hours for it to expand before using. First night it was noticeably more comfortable than before. Now we've been using it for a little over a month. While it does add comfort, I notice areas seem to be flattening already.

Misrepresented and not worth the money

The cloud topper is not as described and is way over priced for what it is. What you receive is a basic piece of foam that you "cover" with something that looks like a light weight mattress protector. The cloud topper is not enclosed in a cover like the adapt. They have worded the description carefully, but the pictures on the website measuring the height of the 2 different toppers with covers is misleading at best. Within a month I noticed that the topper created a slope toward the edge of the bed. I am disappointed with this product for the price. This product is 3-4 times the cost of what it is actually worth. Don't bother.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife had trouble sleeping at night and was tired every day, so I bought a pillow at first. The next day, I saw that she liked it so much that I bought a mattress. It was really comfortable and suited me....

Not comfortable and the company will do nothing to address your concerns. They will not accept returns or give any refund or credit. Keep this in mind before you buy!

I tried returning an item I hadn't opened, and they refused. The reason? They told me, "We're a zero-waste company." I couldn't believe it-one of the most absurd excuses I've ever heard. Here's the kicker: I got two items and am keeping one (which I am thrilled with). I am trying to return one that I never opened. The product came in a massive cardboard box, stuffed with plastic packing, and then topped off with multiple layers of plastic wrap. So, they're telling me they're "zero-waste" while shipping a mountain of waste to my doorstep? How is that supposed to make sense? Now I'm stuck with all this packaging; what should I do with it? They won't take back the product, so now I have to deal with another box full of plastic and their waste. There's no such thing as a "zero-waste company." It feels like they're just throwing around buzzwords to make themselves feel good or to look eco-friendly without actually walking the talk. It's frustrating because this isn't about the environment; it's about shirking responsibility and pushing the burden onto the customer. They can ship out all this waste but hide behind their feel-good policies. It's all just lip service. They say these things because it sounds nice, but at the end of the day, I'm left holding the bag of waste. And that bag is full of waste that they created, not me. I It's hard not to feel like they're being dishonest, and in the end, the whole "zero-waste" thing seems like a hollow claim designed to shift blame and not make a real difference.
