[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It didn't have the zippered cover of other Tempur-Pedic toppers I have bought before. It did have a cover for the whole bed with elastic to keep it on. When I opened it I thought it must have been one that was sent back or second, not at good quality. I had thought that by buying from the site and not a vender I would get the "Tempur-Pedic" quality. The topper tore instead of bending when I was using it for a temporary cushion on a rather wide couch. Well, I have it and need to put it up or throw away.

I recently got married, and we found that our mattress would sink on my husbands side. We got the TEMPER-Cloud mattress topper and it has not only corrected that original issue, but feels amazing to crawl into bed to! It's so fluffy, but firm at the same time. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I would say we are pleased with the topper. I still had some back pain the first few mornings but I guess I just needed to adjust to it. The ordering process was a bit of an adventure as it took two weeks to ship the product after being advertised as shipping within 48 hours of ordering. It even took several phone calls and a week of waiting for a reply to even learn that the delay was due to being out of stock, something I wish had been divulged from the beginning. Then when we finally received the topper it was defective and would not expand so it was back to customer support again. I will say they were very quick to get a replacement topper delivered which we are now using.
