This product ships in two pieces: the foam portion and a pull-over fabric for securing the foam to the bed. The foam part ripped as soon as I tried to pull it over my bed. This is my first experience with TEMPUR-pedic products, and I'm afraid it will be my last.

I own three of the adaptive mattress toppers I bought two of these new toppers for my kids. After letting it fluff up as much as it supposed to and laying on it, I can feel the mattress underneath me. Which should not happen. And then proceeded to call to see if I could exchange it for the better one.. I was informed that you cannot exchange or return them. It's a loss . I am extremely disappointed l. Such a waste. Had I known I definitely would not have bought two. But just be aware they are not the same.

I knew, it was the best purchase I've ever made. Perfect amount of cushion, cradles your body, you wake up painless. And, for me it doesn't make you temperature hot.
