Very disappointed. I have purchased 3 other toppers for my bed, my mother in laws and mine. These I bought for the kids because I thought it was a good deal. They are so thin you can't tell it's there. Might as well have a sheet on the bed.

Bought a topper directly from the late April. Came in a box wrapped in plastic. My wife complained that it smelled, I explained it away as off gassing. Laid it flat in one of the spare bedrooms to fluff and flatten. No alarm bells, the cover was clean as would be expected. Mid-May preparing for guests my Wife was doing linens and decided to wash the cover. When she opened the zipper what we found was unbelievable- the actual topper looked like it had been returned from a homeless shelter. OMG. I emailed the company and requested a manager contact me. Never did. I persisted and finally got an email (not from a manager) basically saying We are doing nothing you should have contacted us right away. WHY would we have opened the cover of a "new" anything to see if it was used and dirty? We are DONE ever buying anything from this company ever again. Beware.

We have a firm bed and like the firmer support for our backs. We got the topper hoping it would provide just a bit of cushion on pressure points but we sink right through the topper to the mattress. Not what we were hoping for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I decided to buy a new mattress, I knew Tempur-pedic was the best around, so I figured I'd start with a mattress topper from Tempur-pedic. My problem is I have pressure points on my hips and my shoulders and usually I toss and turn all night, trying to give comfort to Any of those areas. As soon as I put on my mattress topper and had my first night sleep, I noticed a major difference. Every pressure point was gently cradled and the material of the topper. I did not have to toss and turn all night and I woke up without hurting and all of those areas. I told my daughter that I got a great night sleep and I love my topper. I do appreciate the wonderful products that Tempur-pedic produce and so thankful I found something to help me get a good nights rest. Thank you so much for such a great product.
