Thanks for your feedback! We understand how important it is to keep your device safe, and we apologize that the AT&T Essentials Tempered Glass Screen Protectors did not live up to your expectations. We recommend that you bring your proof of purchase and the broken screen protector to your nearest AT&T store for a replacement. AT&T has a lifetime replacement policy that you can take advantage of.
Great screen protection until it cracks. Two out of the three protectors I have currently purchased have failed. It appears that on the edges of these screen protectors either the adhesive is not working correctly or it was just a fluke with two of them chipping, either on the side or on the bottom edge of the glass screen protector. This led to the glass “spiderwebing” from thepoint of the chip out into the rest of the glass. Hopefully the replacements will be more reliable.
I have had multiple phones since 2007. This is the first time I dropped a phone and ended up with 3 cracks in the glass. Pass on this so called tempered glass and protective case
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had to replace this screen protector twice in one month after getting it installed. Right now it is cracked for a third time but I don’t have the patience to go and get it fixed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The glass fits nice and is super clear; only problem, I've3 cracked it already

I dropped the phone two days after installation and it cracked along the edge and “spider webbed” in a few directions.
