Difficult to Install & Setup

I had all the hardware correct but the lock wouldn't work. I had already connected to Bluetooth and the 2.4 wifi before installing as the instructions said. Multiple hours and 2 days later I found a random person on YouTube that helped me figure out the lock. Thr instructions are too vague on the software part as once I got my lock working my password and my chip card wouldn't work to unlock it. How many times do I have to reset this thing?

Great product. It would have been nice if the Energizer Smart deadbolt door lock came with (4) Energizer AA batteries, ahem!!
Fortunately, we had (4) new Energizer batteries in our battery case.
