Chair is nice but putting

Chair is nice but putting it together was a nightmare. The holes didn’t line up and one hole I was unable to even put a bolt in because the bars didn’t fit properly together and hole was completely unaligned. For the price of the chair it should have been constructed better. Took over 2 hours to assemble
Most everything was great from ordering to delivery to assembly. It did however come damaged and I wish they had cushion color options. The blue pictured is perfect but wasn’t an option. Just the tan.
I have been looking for a chair of this style for a while so I was excited when BCP added it to it's inventory. I have had it for about 3 months now with no real complaints. The shipping took less than 3 days, it was under an hour to assemble, and looks great on my patio. It is also great for special events, to create a balloon arch around.
My only con is that the wicker is only offered in tan- not grey which all my other BCP patio furniture is. If it matched everything else, I would have given it 5 stars.
This chair is super cute and comfy. The cushions repel some water but not all. The biggest drawback was that this was very hard to put together. Most of the screws weren't long enough and I was not able to put it together by myself.
It's very roomy and comfortable. It did take a little finesse to get the bolts, washers and nuts all. Some of the rattan wrapping was unwound from the base but it was easy enough to wrap back on. My grand daughter love sitting in it with me to read books. We threw a towel over the top for blocking the sun. I am looking forward to chilling in it the rest of the summer and many more summers.
the quality is a serious issue here. I could NOT get the pieces to line up because of manufacturing imperfections. In fact one of the pieces that was supposed to insert into another could not even do so because of imperfection in the precision of construction. I had to use cable ties to finish it off. I was disappointed with the quality. The piece LOOKS good however and is roomy and comfy. putting together is a mess. you'll need all the extra super long bolts, because the pieces don't line up - you have to compensate by using super long screws (a few included).
