[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not be more thankful for this chair. It is firm, yet comfortable. It was easily to assemble- I needed minimal help. It rocks, spins, and reclines! It has charging ports built in! The pocket is perfect for keeping a book, and the other side has a cup holder and remote pouch. The designer of this chair has thought of it all! I am considering a second for the other bedroom. Highly recommend this piece of furniture.
