only cons i have :
you cant upgrade the drive to a blueray supporting one
cant upgrade the processor to an i5
no bluetooth
speakers could be louder
resolution could be higher (but its fine with its current one)

although the i5 upgrade isnt a big deal...the i5 is fine, i just would like the added performance of the i7
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I have owned this computer for 2 months. I bought it because of its speed, and looks. I have owned a lot of computers, and work in IT. This is the biggest piece of junk I have ever owned. It works great when it stays on. It does not stay on though. It consistently crashes.
Pros: Lightweight, look
Cons: Did not meet expectations, crashes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What a Mistake

I bought my QX410 laptop about a year ago. 4 months after purchasing it, the keyboard stopped working due to a factory defect. The processor randomly ceases to function, probably once every 3-4 hours of use, forcing me to restart, and has done this as long as I've owned it. Today the battery stopped working and now I have to buy a new one.
Honestly, it is the worst laptop I've ever owned, but I didn't pay too much for it, so I guess it's somewhat worth it.
I would never recommend this laptop to anyone and will never buy another Samsung laptop ever again. I love my Samsung smartphone, but this laptop has caused me nothing but trouble.

Like the speed --internet access is great--of course,the boot time is fast. The mouse is a pain to us--have external connected--but can;t disable the touchpad and it will "do its thing" sometimes because I brush it during typing--very annoying !!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight

This is the perfect lap top for running auto cad.

I just installed auto desk into my new QX410 and it is the perfect lap top for running an auto cad program away from my home deck top.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, great video card

No integrated Bluetooth or Blu-ray player are this laptops only shortcomings. I also think the discreet graphics card is a plus, but it’s a bit on the entry level for my taste. And would love to had a backlit keyboard, that was missing :( Other than that it is a really nice, sleek, compact and efficient laptop!

I bought this laptop because it has great battery life and that's something I care about. I've to say though it doesn't last 7 hours but more like 4. The machine is lightning vast and it is an awesome working machine combined with my new samsung tv and blu-ray player. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.
