I have several carbon steel and cast iron pans and have no issue keeping them properly seasoned, but not these. Shape looks like it would be a great idea, but in the end does not work well at all. go with stainless or porcelain

Great grill marks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the cast iron grate, it is easy to cook evenly and create those great grill marks. Just keep them seasoned.
