Allows rain water to pool on grill

Already a few days of rain, and this cover is letting my grill get just as wet as my uncovered deck. My grill stays wet longer than my deck...
Besides that it is at least strong feeling and quite pleasing to look at.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't make any sense

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cover for my imperial xl, the cover always had water under it when it rained, when I explained to the lady taking calls at the supplier she said it's meant to do that, but how do I keep my then BBQ free of rust? Doesn't make any sense.

I purchased my imperial stainless BBQ and I love it the the pasture is so good ,but the cover hook and loop pulled off after about 10 times using it,
I would recommend this to a friend!

Durable

I received my Sovereign XL 3 years ago along with the BBQ cover. The cover is durable, worth the money but my straps are broken. The material for the straps wear our quickly and Broil King should review this with their manufacturer. If I had to recommend I would suggest using at own risk.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Started out good...

I bought the Imperial XLS and was very happy with it. I wasn't so happy to find that it collects rainwater, which then washes grease into the drawers. No problem - I'll just buy the Broil King cover (at the premium Broil King price). The cover started out looking good and getting the job done. After a couple of seasons it faded to a dirty gray. I don't consider that to be a major problem. What I DO consider to be a major problem is when the cover tears like paper when you life it by the handles, especially when I religiously let the grill cool down before I cover it. This shouldn't be happening to a cover that I could have made by a local boat shop more cheaply.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great quality for a year or so

I bought this grill cover for my Regal XL and the quality looked and felt great!... but eventually the handles dry rotted and tore off and the whole cover discolored horribly. I really don't want to display it over my grill due to the appearance but I have to. 2 stars for the look of the product the 1st year or so

Still doing a great job after 5 years

I've had this BBQ cover on my Imperial for 5 years living in Winnipeg where the winters are never fun. The handles are still on it, the Velcro still works great and the cover is as good as expected. I would definitely endorse this cover to all BBQ enthusiasts.
