It was easy to get unwrapped but it didn’t work

I was unable to get all the plastic off from around my printer, pretty easy, get all the cardboard out of it but then once plugged in and cartridges entered, it did not read the cartridges. It’s been over a week since I ordered the printer and received it and still have not been able to print off of it.

I didn’t really have any problem putting in the ink. It works fine, but like I said, when I print a picture of some of the times it’s been printing very yellow. I don’t know if it’s a printer. I’m probably gonna end up buying a new one because this printer is not new. I received my product very fast I didn’t have any problems installing it. I just wanna say thank you

over the time i've had this printer, i've had many problems with it going to sleep, not being able to print and the more recent no matter how much paper is in the carriage it says i need to add paper

Easy to set up initially and prints very well

We use the printer for personal stuff. Initially the set up was extremely simple. Later we upgraded our WiFi and that complicated matters. Could not get the two to connect. Got a Dell IT Tech to help. The main issue was to get WiFi drivers updated.

Great Printer, Except No Aftermarket Cartridges

Great printer. I like the duplex printing and scanning. The one thing I don’t like if you use aftermarket cartridges it will stop printing that color. I know several other people with HP printers this has happened.
