[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy ring battery only last about 154 months. After that the battery only last about 1 day on a charge and there is no way to replace the battery. At which point the device is useless.

Hey there Swammie, Thanks for reaching out to share your sentiments with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Your insights provide valuable critiques that will assist us with improving our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer Samsung Care+ that is similar to extended warranty and an insurance package combined that provides protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It would cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ offers you that peace of mind when added to your eligible devices (Phones, Tablets, Watches, Buds, Rings & PCs). Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with any repair needs you may have. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. Please take a moment to check out, "How to charge the Galaxy Ring" to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your device. If you have any questions for us afterward or if you would like further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Samsung Support. Thanks for being an integral part of the Galaxy ecosystem! - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Star rating ONLY because they wouldnt let me post if i gave a 1 star. I bought a Galaxy ring through Amazon & not sure if Amazon stock is trash or if the ring itself is trash. Had the ring about 8mths & the battery will not stay charged. Called customer service on several occasions and they keep saying I will receive an email with next steps and nothing. Frustrated & annoyed because I really like my ring. It keeps up with all my health issues. Helps me track my sleep, heart rate, pulse, exercise, it even helped me realize I was in perimenopause. Now its just a waste of money sitting on my desk waiting for the email I know is not coming since my warranty is about to expire. Sucks considering I have everything samsung. Watch phone tablet ring for me my mom & my son & this is how they deal with issues. Never again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Features are good. Battery performance is terrible. After a few months, you have to charge daily. How is this helpful to monitor your health. I need to see the next generation encorporate Galaxy AI to push health monitoring to a new level. Oh and an improved battery upgrade before consider another ring purchase.

It's a Five, but the Battery Dies
on May 25, 2026
Posted by: Samsunglover
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung ring was about to be one of my favorite Samsung products of all time. It had a lot of versatility. It was very stylish and also paired really well with my Samsung ecosystem. The ring was used constantly to go to the gym, to go to work, and for sleep. However, the ring really disappointed me because as the months went by, the battery really started to degrade. It got to the point where I cannot use the ring for more than 4 hours in a day. On top of that, the case battery also dies really quickly. It has been 2 years since I bought the ring and it's collecting dust. If I try turning it on, it has about 2% and then it dies. It's so bad that I can't even connect the ring to the phone. I tried resetting and recharging, and then resetting again and recharging, and it still dies extremely quickly. Honestly, if this product were to change the battery and improve a lot, this would be one of the top Samsung products, but currently it's not there; it's not even close due to its battery problem.

Great tracker looks great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Ring every day, and it's become one of my favorite Samsung gadgets because it fits into my routine so easily. It's super comfy and light, so I can wear it all day and night without even noticing it.
What's really cool is how the AI health features help me stay on track. The Galaxy AI insights give me useful info about my sleep, activity, energy, and recovery, which has really helped me improve my daily habits and overall well-being. I love being able to quickly check my health data and get personalized tips without constantly staring at my phone.
I also use my Samsung devices for streaming movies, watching sports, gaming, work, and school, and the Galaxy Ring works perfectly with them. It helps me stay connected and aware of my health while I'm busy all day. The battery life is awesome, and the automatic tracking features make everything simple and convenient.
Honestly, the Samsung Galaxy Ring brings together smart AI, comfort, and health tracking in a way that genuinely makes my everyday life better. It's a great addition to the Samsung family and makes managing daily routines a lot easier.

Worst Samsung product
on June 6, 2026

Bought the ring when it first came out and I really enjoyed it. The battery lasted 7 days, the data was great in the Samsung health app. I have all Samsung devices.
After months of use, the battery would only work for 2 to 3 days. I ended up getting it warranted. Just after my warranty runs out, the battery is worse.
Today (which promoted this review) it was at 15 perfect in under 4 hours. I can't even collect sleep data anymore. It's useless.
I had an issue with my Samsung watch 7 ultra which eventually fixed itself with an update. I was going to order the ring 2 when it came out but now hearing it's coming out in 2027, I started looking elsewhere. Man, the Ringconn looks fantastic. Great reviews with a better that lasts 15 days (with the case it lasts like 5 months or so). Way better than the Samsung ring and much cheaper with no subscription.
I'll be ordering it today. It's my first non Samsung Smart product. If I didn't just buy the washer and dryer, I probably would have bought another brand.
When is time to upgrade my phone, I suppose it's time to branch out. Maybe it's time for my first pixel.
Thanks for opening my eyes Samsung. If you want real reviews, check out Reddit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
