Great tracker looks great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Ring every day, and it's become one of my favorite Samsung gadgets because it fits into my routine so easily. It's super comfy and light, so I can wear it all day and night without even noticing it.
What's really cool is how the AI health features help me stay on track. The Galaxy AI insights give me useful info about my sleep, activity, energy, and recovery, which has really helped me improve my daily habits and overall well-being. I love being able to quickly check my health data and get personalized tips without constantly staring at my phone.
I also use my Samsung devices for streaming movies, watching sports, gaming, work, and school, and the Galaxy Ring works perfectly with them. It helps me stay connected and aware of my health while I'm busy all day. The battery life is awesome, and the automatic tracking features make everything simple and convenient.
Honestly, the Samsung Galaxy Ring brings together smart AI, comfort, and health tracking in a way that genuinely makes my everyday life better. It's a great addition to the Samsung family and makes managing daily routines a lot easier.

Worst Samsung product
on June 6, 2026

Bought the ring when it first came out and I really enjoyed it. The battery lasted 7 days, the data was great in the Samsung health app. I have all Samsung devices.
After months of use, the battery would only work for 2 to 3 days. I ended up getting it warranted. Just after my warranty runs out, the battery is worse.
Today (which promoted this review) it was at 15 perfect in under 4 hours. I can't even collect sleep data anymore. It's useless.
I had an issue with my Samsung watch 7 ultra which eventually fixed itself with an update. I was going to order the ring 2 when it came out but now hearing it's coming out in 2027, I started looking elsewhere. Man, the Ringconn looks fantastic. Great reviews with a better that lasts 15 days (with the case it lasts like 5 months or so). Way better than the Samsung ring and much cheaper with no subscription.
I'll be ordering it today. It's my first non Samsung Smart product. If I didn't just buy the washer and dryer, I probably would have bought another brand.
When is time to upgrade my phone, I suppose it's time to branch out. Maybe it's time for my first pixel.
Thanks for opening my eyes Samsung. If you want real reviews, check out Reddit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ring lasted less than year and Samsung knows!
on March 16, 2026

I bought this ring in addition to the Samsung 23 Ultra, then the 24 Ultra, Galaxy watch, Bud Pro 2 and Bud Pro 3 after switch from the company that is the fruit. Ive really enjoyed the freedom and personality this eco system has. So when I saw the ring I had to have it despite being not great financially. I figured everything else lasted so this should as well. The ring has worked great for the first several months and nothing g indicated any issues. Ran diagnostics weekly, some time more, no issues with anything. A few weeks ago I noticed my ring wouldn't last more than several hours after the last few updates to the ring. Lucky if I got a handful of hour. My buddy, who loves samsung as well, mentioned that his galaxy ring was draining on him. Keep in mind he bought his a month after seeing mine. I told him mine was as well. He said he contacted damsung amd they were happy to take it back amd switch it for a new one.A week later he told me he had already gotten his replacement and I decided juat to try and see what Samsung would do. I realized my warranty expired 2-3 weeks prior but certainly SAMSUNG would do the right thing? I mean after all they are fully aware they put out a product that only last a year and press you to get the insurance and warranties to offset the replacements they will have to send out. You rhink they'd want to make it right for shipping out dud rings. I can speculate if its all Galaxy ring or juat the first generation of them. I was just shocked they nit picked over a couple of weeks concerning thw warranty time frame. If you are looking for a quality long lasting health ring id look other places. You might as well just burn 320ish in a fire. At least spend it on something that will last. This is how big companies loose customers by not caring about the garbage products they put out or customer satisfaction .
BOO SAMSUNG BOO! 👎🏽

Hey there Josh, Thanks for reaching out to share your thoughts with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. We understand that you may feel frustrated with your experience. As you know, Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer Samsung Care+ which is similar to an extended warranty and an insurance package combined. It can provide protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It could cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ truly offers you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment. Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with any repair needs you may have. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. Please feel free to contact Samsung Support at one of the channels shared below if you would like further assistance after reviewing the resources provided. Thank you for being a staunch Samsung customer. - Debra

Not what I hoped for
on September 16, 2024

I've had my ring for ten days. Four days after purchase it scratched and silver shows through on the black. Had I known that would happen, I would've minimally ordered the silver ring since I think the ring looks cheap now. I paid too much for this to happen. The ring is also quite uncomfortable. I'm glad I can at least switch the finger I wear it on to allieve that some what. I am deeply hopeful that the app will improve as well- the app crashes frequently when I try to look at stats, despite that I am accessing it on a Galaxy S24. I've been a Samsung fan for years, but this is not my favorite samsung product.

Not worth it after 6+ months

Ring is cool at first, but battery life won't last past a few hours after about 8 months. Cost is not worth it for a diagnosis to repair.

Still too early to tell. One negative thus far is the black finish is already wearing off on the underside of the ring, which is disappointing. I have had the ring since the launch.
