I can honestly say my Galaxy Ring has blown me away. It’s sleek, comfortable, and surprisingly powerful for something so small. I love how it automatically tracks my sleep, giving me detailed insights every morning that actually help me improve my rest. The heart rate, pulse oximeter, and temperature sensors work flawlessly together, keeping me aware of my health in real time.
What really ties it all together is Galaxy AI — it takes all that health data and turns it into meaningful insights I can actually use. Whether it’s understanding my sleep patterns or keeping tabs on my recovery, Galaxy AI makes everything feel personalized and smart.
The combination of the Galaxy Ring and Galaxy AI has truly made me more in tune with my body. It’s stylish, accurate, and effortlessly fits into my life. Honestly, I’m obsessed — it’s one of my favorite Galaxy devices ever!

Your ring will analyze your sleep, including your blood oxygen and skin temperature, and provide useful data in the Galaxy Wearable and Samsung Health apps on your phone. Before starting, make sure your Galaxy Ring is connected to the Galaxy Wearable app. If gestures aren't working while wearing your Galaxy Ring, you may need to double check that they've been enabled in the Galaxy Wearable app. Your phone must be running One UI 6.1.1 or above as well. I keep forgetting to put my watch on or charge my watch up.So having the ring will always keep me on track with my steps. Excited to see how it tracks my heart rate.

So much thin than I thought it would be!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really worried it wouldn't be comfortable especially when sleeping. Honestly it's so thin I forgot I had it on! Love that I can leave it in when washing my hands or showering as I'm super forgetful and would totally leave it at the sink if I took it off (lost many rings that way).
