I use these lights on 24v Deere forestry equipment. They connect to the existing Deutsch connector on the machine. Plug and play, very bright, will defiantly be purchasing more.

Quality & durable 4" LED Sylvania Cube Pod

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LED 4" cube pod from Sylvania is well constructed with a heavy duty outer shell that protects the light itself from the elements while also being somewhat of a low-profile. The 4" light is only approximately 4.5" in full size with under 1.20" in depth. It beams a bright & clean light that is pumping 2100lm raw lumens with 816lm raw lumens. The color temperature is 6000k & the housing is rated IP69K to keep out water & hopefully mud in long term off-road use while installed on my truck. I tested this light as much as possible under my current circumstances here in NJ. Unfortunately, I couldn't put it through hard use off-road because we are under forced stay-at-home orders through the State of NJ. However, I know & trust the Sylvania brand to put out quality products & I expect this one to perform long term in similar fashion. I 100% recommend this light for anyone looking for something for off-road use on a vehicle or even a piece of construction equipment.

Brighter than the sun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before installing I wanted to simulate real conditions by allowing my 2 yr old to play with it: He played catch with the wall with it, spilled his drink on it, and jumped on it for good measure. He felt good about his participation, so I proceeded to install it. The hardware is adequate. I wish the pin to hold the light to the bracket didn't require an Allen wrench, but I had no issues installing. The light did not come with detailed instructions, but honestly I would've laughed it had. it is only has 3 steps: attach bracket to vehicle with large bolt (tighten), attach light unit to bracket with pin (tighten), and then plug it in. The plug is roughly 6" in length and I found this to be a bit long for my project, but easy to hide. The plug wiring is covered with a durable plastic covering which should help protect it. The brightness of the light is much brighter than a typical auto high beam.

custom fabricated this to fit my dyu cycle v8 cut off the stock mount n glassed it to the oem location. the plastic is great to work with also. running it off a dewalt 20v battery.

Great light for off road use

I mounted this flood light to my Jeep for off road use and happy with that decision. I made it so I can easily mount and disconnect to several locations on the Jeep for different uses. The casing is rugged and has stood the abuse i have put it through while going trail riding. I also drive through several creeks and have had no issues with the light be exposed to water and rain, this has been of most importance to me so I can just leave it mounted and not remove it for rainy weather. I am very happy with the light pattern and no dead areas so able to use it for multiple purposes.
