Burned out just after the warranty period

Got these for replacement of OEM fog light bulbs which lasted 7 years. Expected few years of worry free product. Sylvania's H11 lasted 15 months, so right after 12 months of warranty period. Won't buy these again.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Our bulbs are warrantied for 12 months from the date of purchase. We can either process a refund or we can send a replacement set. I shouldn't buy again but I am because they are bright

I am generously giving 2 stars just because these bulbs are bright. I bought a two pack of the of these H11 Ultras in Sept 2020. The left bulb burned out in Oct 2021 I replaced it with a new H11 Ultra. I thought, Ok maybe that one was defective, it happens. Now in Feb of 2022 the right bulb burned out. So the first bulb on burned out in 13 months and the second one in 17 months. The original bulbs that came with my 2014 Subaru XV lasted 6 years, in fact only one bulb burned out in Sept 2020 but I replaced both with these Sylvania H11 Ultras, because it is recommended to change both bulbs at the same time. If either of these recently replaced bulbs burn out again in less than a few years I am going to scrap them both and go with a pair of Hella bulbs next time.

Not that much difference from basic bulb, little brighter same distance. Not worth the money as far as I am concerned.

ok. 1 bulb did not last a year

I purchased these for our 2015 kia Optima. I have trouble seeing at night now that I'm getting older. I expected these to be quite a bit brighter then the stock bulbs. They were a little brighter I guess and maybe cast a tad wider but nothing to get excited about, especially for the price. In the long run i probably should of just saved some cash and bought the ones a step or two down. Now one of the bulbs burnt out and I know it has not been a year. To bad i can't find the receipt and take advantage of the 12 month warranty. I saved the old bulbs and the packaging but not the receipt I guess. Oh well I'll know better next time.

Bought the two pack that said replaces high and low beam. The low beam light fit fine. The high beam bulb was a different bulb altogether; different connection. Non-refundable.

Not very bright at all

I recently bought these bulb for my 2018 Ford Edge and was told that that these were the brightest bulb with the best light. These are not much brighter then the factory bulb and for the cost cost. I would have thought they would be a lot better with light down the road. These bulb are not white and more of a yellow color which explains why they are not as bright.

Buyer's remorse and non-refundable

Purchased a pair of H11 Silverstar bulbs for a 2015 Chevy and the box shows a WHITE light. The bulb is clearly YELLOW. There is no fog or condensation in the headlight asembly....the bulb is YELLOW. Oh, and it cannot be returned, sorry. Truth in advertising ?
