Nice to not have to worry about Ink.

Agent helped me get printer working and then convinced me to sign up for ink. Not sure if I will keep the ink but time will tell.

I replaced this HP from a previous HP same model - different number. We love this printer because it is easy to use. We are seniors and we want a reliable and easy to use printer. This printer has it all. We absolutely love this HP Officejet Pro 6978. Love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does Not Print

This is our second printer of this model. The first one had to be replaced, it didn't work. This printer will not print from my laptop through the wifi. I have to send my documents to my wife's computer to be able to print my materials.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this printer about 6 weeks ago and it has met and/or exceeded all my expectations. I also enrolled in the ink program and it has worked well so far. Time will tell on that program, whether it proves cheaper than my traditional ink source. It is certainly more convenient, as the printer being connected to the internet informs when I am low on ink, and the company sends more.. Stop printing function should be added when out of ink saving paper loss.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought mine, because the one I had wasn't compatible with my new hard drive. There was no manual, I spent days trying to get the scanner to work. I tried following all suggestions given for get a manual & use the scanner. It was very frustrating.

Due to technical malfunction (which could not be fixed) I had to replace my previous HP printer. The new printer is OK to meet my personal needs. Colour printing is fair.
