Bought this tool with hopes of loving it. Sadly, that wasn’t the case for me. I loved everything about the unit, except the damage it did to my hair. With just one use, the round brush looked like ice used it for months with the amount of my hair that was on it. I’m sending it back.

I bought it a couple weeks ago and have been religiously using it since I got it. It leaves your hair super shiny and smooth. It takes a bit to get a hang out the certain attachments it comes with but once you get a hang of them, the end result is amazing! Definitely recommend this to anyone!

I have had many, many hairdryers over the years, and this is, by far, the best! It’s lightweight, dries hair beautifully and quickly, and all the attachments come on and off smoothly. Even the price is quite reasonable for this quality hairdryer!

I tried something similar from another brand and I will say the results are VERY similar, the Shark is a much better value. I do wish there were a more “round brush” head and longer curling barrels. My hair is a few inches below my shoulders and the curling barrels couldn’t hold it all on. The curls fell really quickly and looked just sad after 6 hours. (They did with the other brand as well though). The result with the round brush was very sleek and left my hair looking very shiny. But i couldn’t get much volume at the root because the brush is too large and can’t get close enough. Also, I know this claims to reduce heat damage but I don’t know. It gets HOTTTT. Definitely hotter than the other brand so I felt like it was more damaging, but the airflow was much stronger so the trade off is that the time spent applying heat was less. The option to rotate the head is great and makes it a lot easier when blow drying. However the tool is fairly large and hard to hold otherwise and the buttons are in a REALLY inconvenient place. You can’t hit the buttons without holding the tool with both hands.
Overall a great tool. I’d love to see shark release more options for attachments. If you’re trying to reduce heat damage i don’t know if this is it.

I am so far loving this product, even though my hair isn’t wanting to hold a curl, but that’s not necessarily the product, my hair is fine and straight as an arrow. With that though, would LOVE to see a thinner barrel attachment option! My hair does much better with thinner barrels! I love the hair dryer, the concentrator, and the brush attachments, although, would love to see an actual round brush that is more narrow (like the dyson) to get more of the blowout look! These are just new attachment ideas that I think would be great, I love the product overall and am super happy with my purchase!
