I bought this product over a month ago, took several weeks to receive. I have used it a couple times and have decided to return the Air Drying system. It's awkward to use, the curling feature is not very effective for my hair and needed to change the attachments depending on which side of your hair you are curling is not convenient. The drying feature leaves my hair frizzy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this has been a blackbuster hit in our house. It's incredibly versatile and works better than anything else we've tried, and it's been a rotating circus of hair styling tools in our bathroom for at least the last five years. This has single handedly replaced pretty much everything else, BUT - and this is a very minor but - there is no storage bag for the accessories! Shark made an amazing product here, and what you get in the box is perfect, but I feel like that last little touch of including a bag would make the opening and using experience just perfect. My vacuum has less attachments and came with a bag, let's get one done for this too! I'd recommend it 100% regardless, it's perfect. Toss the other stuff and just get this, it will make your styling experience ten times easier.

I've wanted the one that shall not be named *cough cough* Voldemort of air stylers, but now having this one for the 3rd of the price I'm thrilled! Quality material, very well made, very beautiful set. I have medium long hair now and it's perfect for this set. The fan is turbo amazing, super quiet, super fast and lightweight, I stopped using fans a while ago, but this one makes me want to wash my hair now all the time. I tried 2 attachments to make curls and waves, and liked the waves a bit better, because I'm still novice at making great curls with this one, it will take time, but I'll be patient. Adore the set; So worth the money and your time, which is cut in half now because it's so fast and useful. Try it and you will not regret it.

I very much like the Shark FlexStyle Air Drying & Styling System. I do find that my hair is much healthier, bouncy looking. There is a learning curve. At first the dynamics of drying and styling are awkward and feels very foreign. Once you use it a couple times, its easy to adapt. Here are some pros and cons:
Pros: slick design, light weight, comes with plenty attachments, hair looks fresh bouncy - I like the results
Cons: Comes with plenty attachments(some you may not use), button placement awkward, it would be nice to not have to switch right and left barrels

Great for thick, corse hair

I have had my flex a couple of weeks and I love it! I have long, corse, wavy hair that is gray. It is dry and gets frizzy easily. With the flex styler I can complete my hair in about two hours. It is shiny, smooth, soft and gently curled just like I like it. In the picture, this is just woke up, day 4 hair. I LOVE this thing. I used the paddle brush, curling attachments, and I rough dried it to about 80%.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was ecstatic to utilize the Shark FlexStyle Air Drying and Styling System, as I'm always looking for versatile hair products that minimize damage and reduce drying time. As someone with long, wavy hair, I enjoy styling my hair both straight and curly and require different hair tools for each. The Dyson FlexStyle has exceeded every one of my expectations in regard to ease of use, versatility and style options. Initially, utilizing the FlexStyle requires a small learning curve-- how to snap and change attachments and even holding the styler is a bit awkward Initially. However, after a single use, I find it effortless to use all attachments and manipulate the wand-style dryer. I love that this dryer comes with a large barrel attachment, as it is my go-to for achieving straight hair with some bounce in my ends. I have found drying with a brush takes me half the time as or typically would, even when I opt to utilize the base as a standard dryer with my brush. The curling feature is brilliant, as it gives me salon-style barrel curls and volumizes my hair. Overall, such a terrific product-- comes with different size brush attachments, curl attachment and diffuser. Must have for just about any hair type!
