I love the flex style so so much. It dries very fast and the heating/airflow settings are really nice bc I don’t like high heat on my hair. I also love that you can turn the end of it to turn into a blow dryer bc no one has the time or space to have a million stylers on their counter space. The only thing I struggle with is my hair is a medium length and can be awkward to style so I can’t quite get the curls to do what I want them to do or lay how I want them to. The curl definitely doesn’t hold tight for very long but when the curls fall they still have a pretty blow out affect.
Received this as a gift for Christmas - all of a sudden in the last month if I try to diffuse my hair it completely shuts off. Nothing is blocking air flow so I am at a loss. I have a dryer system I cannot use - should have invested in the Dyson I suppose….
I was looking at getting the Dyson but I opted to get this shark instead. And I really enjoyed it, the price point as well as how quickly it styled my hair! Gets hot quick, drys hair quickly three different heat modes and a cool mode. Easy to change out the barrels, and comes with so many attachments. Completely replaced all of my hair products. I wish I had negative things to say cause I hate biased reviews which leave only compliments but honestly I can’t thing anything negative about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying, my hair is an absolute catastrophe. It would make young teens weep and serve as a grim warning to all though who feel that their hair can withstand impenetrably against all products and heat. I got this Shark Flexstyle as a last hurrah to impossibly style my brittle, ridiculously damaged thin hair. I knew full well that it was an impossible mission, but with just the small glimmer of hope that came from hearing it curled with far less damage from heat, I had to try.
It was actually my very first date with my now hubby that I destroyed my hair with a curling iron. I used a rather high-end iron that, in my nervous insecurities, I had redone my hairstyle 3 times before my date and, in doing so had caused such irreparable damage that my hair continued falling out for a week afterward... it's never been the same. My husband and I laugh about it now, but the hit I took on my self-esteem was so hard, it’s embarrassing to admit. Since then, I’ve not been able to touch an iron to it without causing even more damage. --->Enter the Shark Flexstyle. My thin, HEAVILY damaged hair is exactly what you WOULDN’T intend a styler to be able to do anything with. My split ends have split ends. If I got to a hair stylist, they gasp and ask if they can give me a pixie cut. I pulled out the shark and scanned the QR code to get the style video. I'm the one whose first inclination is to wrap their hair completely incorrectly on these, so the instant QR codes for the individual style videos are gold. I wrapped, twisted it off, and.... “no way!” Yes, I actually had a perfect, bouncy curl for the first time in years. My thin, horror-show hair actually had style. I mean, EEEK! It took about 3 days for me to be able to quickly wrap my hair correctly (hey, I DID say I was bad at this stuff.) The videos made it really easy though, and switching from right to left sides is really no slower than using a reversible iron... AND zero damage! Wow, if only this came out a few years ago, I wouldn’t have burnt my hair off. I truly didn’t believe this Shark would be as hugely game-changing as it is: by itself its an incredible volume-blasting airline/travel-friendly hair dryer and with the attachments, it brings the bouncy full-bodied curls that both stay in AND are gentle to us healthy-lock-impaired girls. I’ll never use another curling iron, and only regret this wasn’t made years ago. Don’t make my mistake – the snowballing damage of curling irons can’t be undone. This Flexstyle gives even better curls in the same amount of time with more versatility. AND, I know I’m a dork but when it's converted to curling attachment, it completely looks like a lightsaber. What else could you really want?
The hair tool can be used to produce flawless hairstyles. The curl holds very well and can be used as a hairdryer. Only negative is the barrels are heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a tried and trie traditional blow dryer owner, and I think I have been converted. I have curly hair and I always blow dry it straight after it has air dried a bit. This styling tool is crazy good. It allows me to dry y hair in no time and it looks like I went to a salon for a blowout. I cant believe it took me this long to try it
Do not buy this. I’ve had it for under a year and it constantly turns off during use almost every other minute and takes a good 30 seconds to restart in between. Quality is absolutely not worth the price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shark delivers another great product. The shark flex style- wavy and straight; is a multi tool with a flex head blow dryer with curling attachments, flathead blower attachment, flat brush, and a round brush. Unboxing the flexstyle, there is a styling guide on how to use the system. A QR code on the back also gives you videos oh how to use the attachment. The main system blowdryer is a little loud on startup with a high pitch Whitney sound. My Apple Watch gave me the decibel warning right off the bat. I got used to the sound but I do worry a little if it will hurt my hearing in the long term. The power switch is on the bottom of the dryer along with the heat button settings, fan, and near the middle of the dryer is the cool shot button. I have no problems accidentally hitting these settings but my hand may accidentally cover the intake at times. I do have waist length hair at the moment and this hair dryer is faster at drying my hair than my old dryer but I have no other multi tool to compare to. The curling attachment has a learning curve to use. It isn’t long enough to capture all my hair since my hair is so long. I’ll try again when I get a haircut. The curls also didn’t last long but again, more practice and product is probably needed to keep them longer. I love the round brush and the flat brush. Both are my go to for less frizzy hair with some volume. I like this system over all. I wish it was less loud but for what you get, I think it’s well worth a try.
